Your Best Offer: How to write a great Internet Job Post

Over 95% of job seekers use the internet to find jobs but with millions and millions of job posts on the Internet, how can you ensure your Internet Job Post has a fighting chance? Well, worry no more! Follow these three simple points to write your best offer.

Creativity is Key
First and foremost, the job post must have a creative job title. Make your ad different from the rest by adding a witty or catchy lingo, such as “Super Secretary”. Or it can hint at the job benefits like, “Get ready to travel- Travel Agent wanted”.

Required
Inside the Job post, it is best only to write what is only required. Do this in paragraph form and not in listed-bullet format. Keep it interesting but brief, outlining a short description of the company, the required qualifications, and recommended skills needed. Include the salary, the minimum commitment time, and other various background experience needed such as work history, level of education, certification, and/or computer skills.

Easy contact
Make the application process as convenient as possible for the applicant. The quickest way to send résumé is through e-mail, so post an e-mail address in which applicants can send you their cover letter and resume. You may include fax, phone, or address. It’s always courteous to offer a link to the home page of the company for the applicants who want more information about the company.

Clothing Inc. is a growing premier women & men’s fashion retailer with 10 stores on the East coast. We have built our reputation by supplying limited and hard-to-find European clothing to the fashion-forward. This is a fun and fast-paced work environment, with ample opportunity to grow within the company!

 

 

We are in need of a part/full time sales associate who enjoys fashion, entails strong customer service skills, is well dressed, and has excellent communication skills. It is recommended to have prior experience in high-end clothing/accessories sale but if not, we will train.

All applicants must be able to pick up at least two shifts out of the week. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 11 am-7 pm. Salary will be negotiated depending on prior retail experience and other related work experience.
